Is a private deployment possible?
Yes. RoomHex is built to run as a private, self-hosted environment on infrastructure your organization controls. Private deployment is central to the Sovereign Enterprise package and available to others by arrangement.
How is capacity calculated?
Capacity is scoped to your expected sessions, participants, and storage. We size the media core to real use during planning, and it is described as configurable so it can grow as your organization does.
Are features controlled at branch level?
Branch-level policy and delegated administration are designed so an organization can set the ceiling once, delegate to branches, and keep each site within it. These governance capabilities are part of the roadmap rather than a shipping dashboard today.
What does onboarding include?
Onboarding covers deployment planning, configuration for your domain and roles, validation of the media core in your conditions, and provisioning access for your administrators. The depth of onboarding rises with each package.
